Booking terms

1. Request and confirmation

Sending a form on this website is a request, not yet a booking. We check availability against your ship’s schedule and reply by email, normally within 24 hours. The contract is concluded when we confirm the booking and you have paid through the secure payment link we send you.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros per person and include everything listed under “What’s included” on the tour page. Children under 2 travel free. Anything not listed (personal expenses, optional entrance fees, gratuities) is not included. Private tours are quoted individually.

3. Cancellation by you

Free of charge up to 48 hours before your ship’s scheduled arrival in Palma. Between 48 hours and the start of the tour we charge 50% of the price. If you do not appear at the meeting point (no-show), the full price is due. Please cancel by email so that there is a written record.

4. If your ship does not call at Palma

If your ship cancels or skips its call at Palma for any reason — weather, technical or operational — we refund the full amount paid. If the ship arrives significantly late, we adapt the tour to the time available; a late arrival does not entitle you to a refund.

5. Back-on-board guarantee

We plan every excursion to return you to the pier at least 60 minutes before your ship’s all-aboard time. Should you miss your ship because of a delay for which we are responsible, we arrange and pay for your transport to the next port of call. The guarantee does not cover delays caused by guests leaving the group or not returning to the vehicle at the agreed time.

6. Changes by us

We may alter the order of stops or replace a stop with an equivalent one when traffic, weather, closures or safety require it. If we have to cancel a tour, you receive a full refund. A minimum number of participants may apply to shared tours; if it is not reached we offer an alternative or a full refund.

7. Your responsibilities

Please tell us when booking about reduced mobility, allergies or other needs. Carry your cruise card and an identity document, follow the guide’s safety instructions and be punctual at each stop. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

8. Liability

We are liable for damage caused by our own negligence or that of our staff. We are not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings, nor for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under mandatory consumer law.

9. Complaints and jurisdiction

Tell your guide straight away if something is wrong, so we can fix it on the day. Written complaints can be sent to contact@mallorcacruiseexcursions.com within 30 days of the excursion. These terms are governed by Spanish law; the courts of Palma de Mallorca have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer’s right to bring proceedings in their place of residence.
