When does my tour start?
Every tour offered will be adapted to suit your cruise time schedule.

When do I return to port after my tour/excursion?
We schedule your return to port to ensure you arrive in plenty of time to re-join your ship, normally 1 hour before the scheduled sailing time. Where you have free time after the end of your tour, then it is your responsibility to ensure you re-join the ship on time.

Will I miss my ship?
No. We guarantee to get you back in time for your cruise ships departure.  We are fully aware of the ship’s departure time, and will have you back to the ship in plenty of time prior to sailing.

What happens if my ship doesn’t stop at the destination?
If your ship doesn’t stop in Palma de Mallorca, due to bad weather or major force, we will offer you a full refund.

On which currency will be charged my card?
Our activities and tours are priced in EUR (Euros). If your card is based on a different currency the exchange rate used is determined by your credit card company.
